The Law -
There are many laws in the Northern Territory governing how a person should behave when in control of a motor vehicle, bicycle , 4 wheeler, skateboard or rollerblades on the road. Most of the laws are found in the Traffic Act and the accompanied Traffic Regulations.
The Australian Road Rules can be found in schedule 3 of the Traffic Act Regulations. We have a number of links to that legislation contained in this website.
