Stalking

The Law - Stalking is the act of intentionally harassing, threatening or intimidating a person by following them about, waiting outside their house or workplace, interfering with their property and so on. This offences is contained in Section 189 of the NT Criminal Code.

Maximum Penalty - Stalking

This offence carries a maximum period of imprisonment of 5 years if there are aggravating circumstances.
