Michael Burrows
Michael Burrows graduated from Bond University on the Gold Coast, Australia’s highest ranked law school, before completing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through the College of Law in Brisbane in 2008.
After being admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland Michael practised in Commercial Litigation before making the decision to practice exclusively in criminal defence.
Michael made the move to the Northern Territory to commence work with Maleys in 2009 working under the guidance and leadership of Peter Maley in the Territory’s largest and most experienced criminal law team.

Outside of the court room Michael enjoys the entire spectrum of Territory life. Fishing, hunting and sports are essentials in his life outside of the office.
