Lindy Morgan – Senior Family Lawyer
Lindy Morgan has practised primarily in Family Law and parenting (custody) matters since 1989/90, her extensive experience includes domestic violence, property settlements and child protection.
Lindy joined the team at Maleys in 2006 and has continued building on her reputation as one of the Territory’s most thorough and professional family lawyers.
Clients come to Lindy at a time of upheaval in their lives. Lindy is well respected for her ability to give compassionate and frank advice while reaching a solution uniquely tailored to the client’s needs, usually without the need to attend Court.

It’s my job to worry about the legal process and find a solution that best suits the needs of my client. Once the legal process is finalised my clients are able to start rebuilding their lives.”
Outside of work Lindy enjoys cooking for family and friends and is an avid Rugby Union supporter.
